Mindful Qigong Workshop

16 March 2019 - 2-4pm

at Breath Works  - 7a Alva Street, Edinburgh EH2 4PH

This workshop was created to slow down, listen to yourself, get some distance from external stimuli, concentrate without distraction, observing what surfaces, and then letting it go. In this way, you can boost your energy in your life to begin the week with more vitality.

 

If you need a little jolt of vitality and empowerment to help you let in more energy or make a much-need change in your life, then this is the workshop for you!

Mindful Qi Gong facilitates this recharging of energy and allows us to experience both a physical as well as emotional renewal.

What you will do 

- The integral form of Baduanjin

- Breathing exercises

- The Chi Ball exercise

- Self-massage

- Sitting and walking meditation

- Body Scan
