An 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course gives you the ability to be fully present in the here and now without judgment. This course is offered to individuals and small groups.
Includes Orientation interview - 2-hour weekly classes - gentle movements - mind-body awareness exercises - daily home practices to firmly establish the benefits - booklet - audio files
