This class is open to people who wish to learn and deepen their understanding of mindfulness.
With these classes, your practice of mindfulness becomes more joyful, relaxed and steady. With the support of this practice, we can cultivate our balance and freedom from our fears, misunderstandings and our suffering.
The idea is to bring mindfulness, concentration, and insight to daily living.
Includes 1-hour weekly class - sitting and walking meditation - slow movements - visualisation - awareness exercises - body scan - daily home practices to root the benefits.
