One-to-one

The benefits of mindfulness practice can be greatly enhanced by working in a one-to-one session. A coach who has experience practising and teaching mindfulness can support you in deepening your practice.

Individual Sessions

Mindfulness training through a series of one-to-one sessions: an initial meeting,  followed by 6 weekly sessions over Skype or Zoom. An essential element of this approach is the focus on self-enquiry which is specifically tailored to you and what you bring to your practice.

How does it work?

These sessions can provide you the key to create your own sense of calm, balance, and inner support to thrive in today’s chaotic world. At an initial consultation, we will explore your needs together. This is followed by a block of four weekly sessions of 70 minutes each, during which you'll learn key mindfulness or qigong practices, tailored to your particular needs and level of experience. You'll have daily home practice to complete in your own time between sessions.

Where?

Every time is possible we are going to meet in nature. Working with nature, healing works better than within four walls. The goal is to make session in nature simple, fun and effective. Also we can have face-to-face meeting or we can use Zoom or Skype.

Sessions
in the woods

Our practice is based in the Euganean Hills. We therefore offer sessions in the woods with clients who live locally or are travelling to the area. Sessions in the woods are exactly the same as our other in-person or virtual sessions, except you get enjoy the added benefits of:

1. Having your session in nature
2. Being active while having your session
3. Taking in the fresh air while you walk and talk


If you are comfortable meeting outside, we'll agree to meet at a location with a 60–75-minute session in the forest. Locations can be discussed on enquiry
