Professional Background

I am passionate about making a difference to the lives of others and creating successful and enthusiastic leaders. Equipped with a master’s degree in psychology and with a formal training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR),  I work with senior leaders helping them to increase improvements in focus, performance, resilience and wellness through the use of mindfulness training.


I'm fluent in three languages and have facilitated workshops and lectures in different countries in English, Spanish and Italian.

I worked in assessment and risk management of stress in the workplace, using evaluation and monitoring techniques in compliance with European Union Standards.  

Having experienced the benefits of mindfulness first hand, I teach stress management and reduction techniques for managers and employees.

At the moment, I am currently studying at the University of Aberdeen for a Masters Degree in Mindfulness.
